He uses very varied terroir and saw the opportunity to plant different grapes unfamiliar to his region on the terroir that best suits them. He planted Cabernet Franc and also Gamay on Calcareous Gravels. The resulting wine is absolutely delicious. Abstemes S’Absteni is from low yielding vines.
