Very much enjoyed this. Being a ‘skin contact’ white, it’s part way between white and orange in style — in this case, more like white than orange (in colour as well as style) but with the skin contact bringing a bit more depth and savoury texture to what you’d normally expect in a white. Very satisfying, especially, I imagine, for people who normally prefer reds.
