For this book, we asked thousands of grill fanatics to choose from among more than 2,500 recipes. So beyond all the testing that we do at Weber, these recipes have been tested and loved by grillers like you. And then we tested each recipe AGAIN in the course of creating a brand new photograph for each one. We also created some fun party menus with some my personal favorite recipes.
