VDF Rouge Ormiale, Biodynamic production, low yields, no intervention, smooth, elegant rich Bordeaux with intensity, depth and a seductive mouthfeel. Many Bordeaux wines are intense but the intensity seems prosaic, not authentic, even manufactured. When drinking Ormiale, you know you are drinking natural wine as the wine is fresh and balanced but low yields, de-stemming and fantastic terroir mean the wine has a richness and depth which makes it extremely alluring.  The new 2021 vintage of VDF Rouge Ormiale has the deliciously intense and opulent style  as previous vintages and now the reputation of the wine is deservedly growing fast.  Although lighter with much lower abv than the previous vintage, the wine lacks nothing in intense dark fruits and spice.
