This is a classic Cahors wine. I love wine from the Cahors region because it is real wine. Deep in colour, smooth but with a gentle bite, earthy and very drinkable. Sorry but I don’t do “petrol” or “with mint chocolate overtones”, but this is a wine made for steaks, venison casseroles and pies and all sorts of beef. Just buy some and enjoy. Well done Buonvino for finding it.
