Rasteau 1921 Domaine des Aphillantes , biodynamic wine, Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre. Rich and round, mature dark fruits, cedar, hints of sweet spices, yet still fresh. Notes of tobacco, spice and sweet liquorice consume the nose. Earthy undertones carry through the palate with dark cherries, raisin & fragrant pepper.
