A mouth filling delight of a red wine, lush dark fruits, notes of sweet spices, a classic red from Piemonte. This old school Barbera is from vines now over 40 years old. Yields are low so the wine is concentrated, 14.5% abv with a beautiful dark colour and black fruit aromatics. The palate is fresh as Barbera should be with good acidity aligned to the soft lush fruits. Rossore has a long maceration and 24 months maturation in large barrels.
