All Purpose Flour

This is a wonderful gluten-free flour. I stumbled across it when searching online for gluten-free flours without rice flour. It looks/feels like wheat flour. I have been struggling to find a good flour combination for gluten free pastry. Not any more. This is now my “go to” flour for pastry.
